Summer has finally arrived. Please
encourage your child to read throughout the summer. Many public
libraries have summer reading clubs which include incentives.
You should have fun. Visit museums, the zoo, or anywhere else that
results in family enjoyment. The world around your child is a
fabulous place for learning.
You will be mailed a packet for the next school year. It will
include the report card, the school calendar for next year, uniform
information, and school supply lists.
I am very excited to greet my new students in the fall. There will
be a meet and greet day at school on August 30th between the hours
of nine and noon. Your child should come to school with you that
day. It will be a time to see the classroom, put supplies away, and
learn about all of the fun the new school year will bring.
