Welcome Parents/Guardians, friends, families, and visitors worldwide to Mr. Barnett's classroom web page. Our school year is sadly over. I have had a wonderful year and I wish my students the best as they continue their life's journey on to Middle School. I'd like to thank everyone who has visited our site and referred us to friends and family. At the beginning of the school year, our class made a goal to get a visit from each continent by the end of our school year. From October 2008 to June 2009, we have been fortunate to have over 1,200 visitors from 22 countries this year. **Cool Clustr Map Update** We have a new visit from the west coast of Australia. I'm willing to bet that we've just had a visit from our seventh, and final, continent: Antarctica. How is a hit in Australia from Antarctica? Just guessing here, but I think the research stations in Antarctica relay their communications through a series of sites in the southern hemisphere, one of them possibly in Australia. Wow, thanks for visiting and please continue to let people know about my classroom page. I will be doing the seven continent challenge every year. The Clustr Map at the bottom of the page provides an outstanding teaching opportunity and shows my students how globally connected we really are. Teachers and classrooms who are visiting our site, please email me your classroom web page and I will add you to our Classroom Web Pages from Around the World links. I would like to personally thank each visitor for contributing to our learning community. Have a great summer, Mr. Barnett Enjoy these fun links during free time.
