PE class

Spring PE, please read below to be prepared for class.

UNits we will cover this trimester include, introduction to track and field, nets sports that include, badminton and pickleball, softball and recreational games which may include, ultimate frisbee, slam jam, bocci ball and other.

Please be prepared for PE classes to be outside, old shoes, extra socks, sweatshirt and/or sweatpants or leggings 

Off campus permission slip must be signed and returned  DIstributed on March 20, please return ASAP

 

 PE uniforms,.  Must have school issued short, shorts and proper shoes.  Shirts and shorts can be purchased from Mrs. Morgan in the office.

 

We will also administering pre and post trimester fitness assessments.  These assessments include, 1 mile run, PACER, Plank Hold,  and Push-ups
